Jesus was born in extreme poverty and there, in silence, not even welcomed in Bethlehem… men preoccupied themselves with other things! He was born in that condition… and a great faith was needed to believe that he was God made man, the awaited Messiah (Alle Apostoline 1958/1, p. 204).
