Souls that love Jesus only halfway, have no great feelings for the apostolate; souls that have so much love for Jesus, also love much the apostolate: in proportion! Because an apostolate that does not proceed from the love of Jesus, is rather an exterior thing (Alle Apostoline 1962, p. 379).
