To do the Visit well is not merely to recite the prayers during the time set. To make the Visit is somewhat similar to that of close friends who make friendly visits among themselves. They visit and they are visited, they exchange gifts, they talk. Mary did so, visiting St. Elizabeth (APD47, 365).
