Ask for charity especially in the Mass, when we reach the consecration. Jesus gave his life for us. What do we do for others? Jesus is an example for us. Jesus is for us a grace. Above all, he intends to instil in us love, love for the heavenly Father and love for all the children of the heavenly Father (APD59, 184).
