In every time and place, apostles and priests announce the good news to the world. Some people accept the word of salvation, but others remain indifferent or persecute those announcing the Gospel. The Church is the downfall of those who reject her, the salvation of those who accept her. Jesus Christ and Satan are two extreme opposites: individuals have the freedom to choose (see Lk 10:1–16).

I bless you, O Divine Master, for letting me hear your word of truth.
It has enlightened me, aroused sorrow within me and filled me with confidence and love.
May your word resound throughout the earth.
Render hearts docile so that they may produce thirty, sixty, a hundredfold.
O Mary, prepare hearts and obtain for them the Holy Spirit.
