℣. We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you.
℟. Because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.

A large crowd, and many women who were weeping for him, followed Jesus. He said to them: “Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.”

I humble myself because of my many personal faults and for those that others have committed because of my bad example and negligence in my duties.
My Jesus, grant me the grace to keep others from sinning, insofar as I am able, by my actions, example, word, and prayer.

Have mercy on us, O Lord.
Have mercy on us.

Holy Mother, etc.

Make my heart with yours accord.

Me sentire vim doloris
Fac, ut tecum lugeam.
